The ZOLLER Tool Setter was upgraded with a modern digital readout, providing accurate, reliable measurement of the machine’s digital scales.
The ZOLLER Tool Setter machine underwent a retrofit to significantly improve its measurement accuracy and overall usability. The outdated PC-based interface was removed and replaced with a modern digital readout (DRO) unit designed specifically for precise tool-setting applications. This new DRO provides clear, real-time feedback from the machine’s digital scales, ensuring accurate and consistent measurement readings during setup and inspection. By eliminating the limitations of the old computer hardware, the retrofit delivers greater reliability, faster operation, and reduced risk of data errors. As a result, the machine now offers enhanced precision, improved operator efficiency, and extended service life through the integration of up-to-date measurement technology.
