About the Machine

The Hurtford machine, which had suffered extensive damage due to a fire, underwent a full and comprehensive retrofit to restore and enhance its operational capabilities. The rebuilding process began with a complete mechanical overhaul, replacing burned or compromised components, reconditioning structural elements, and ensuring all moving parts were rebuilt to precise tolerances. In addition to the mechanical restoration, the machine was equipped with a new, modern controller, providing improved motion control, diagnostic capabilities, and user-friendly operation. These combined upgrades not only brought the machine back to full working condition but also significantly enhanced its precision, reliability, and long-term durability. As a result, the machine now performs to a higher standard than before the incident, with an extended operational lifespan and improved productivity.
